When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. We use Razorpay for processing payments. We, or Razorpay, do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is only used for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction; after that, it is not retained. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Our refund policy spans a 14-day period from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and any item not in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Given the nature of our electronically designed software and its downloadable format, it is inherently non-refundable. However, we remain committed to adhering to the consumer rights regulations specific to your country before reaching a final decision on refunds. If a refund is required under your country's consumer rights, it must be claimed within fourteen days of the purchase date; requests submitted after this window will not be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days via Razorpay.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer or bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at askus@radush.io
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at askus@radush.io
To return a physical product, contact askus@radush.io. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
